Lucas 25D4 & DM2 4 cylinder negative earth
Lucas 25D4 and DM2 distributor electronic upgrade kit from Powerspark UK.
The Lucas 25D Distributor was fitted to many classic vehicles from Austin, Hillman, Land Rover, MG, Morris, Reliant, Sunbeam, Triumph, Vanden Plas and Wolseley. This kit may also fit DC5 distributors found in tractors.
Hall effect conversion to replace points & condenser. Kit includes a new counter clockwise rotor.
Gives better MPG - easy starting - smoother running - no maintenance.
- Negative earth
- Coil resistance must be more that 1.5 ohms, recommend 3 ohms for non-ballast
- Needs to have modern high resistance carbon or similar type H/T leads (we have available for most makes)
Counter clockwise install - please see last photo, you will have to tap new holes to convert your counter clockwise distributor
